A new trailer has been released for 20th Century Fox‘s ‘Gulliver’s Travels‘, and the movie goes on general release this December – opening in 3D and 2D.

Directed by Rob Letterman, the fantasy comedy adventure stars Jack Black, Emily Blunt, Jason Segel, Amanda Peet, Billy Connolly, James Gorden, Catherine Tate and Chris O’Dowd.

In a modern re–imagining of the classic tale, Black plays Gulliver, a big–talking postroom clerk who, after he’s mistakenly assigned a travel piece on the Bermuda Triangle, suddenly finds himself a giant among men when he washes ashore on the hidden island of Lilliput, home to a population of very tiny people.

After initially being enslaved by the diminutive and industrious Liliputians, Gulliver is later declared their hero, and finds himself depending on them just as much as they need him.
