Sorry folks, but it turns out that Emma Watson‘s new haircut is not due to her auditioning for the lead in ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo remake – her spokesperson confirms.

The ‘Harry Potter‘ star sparked speculation she was in the running for the role of edgy computer hacker Lisbeth Salander in the upcoming Hollywood movie after debuting a short pixie hairstyle earlier this month

But a spokesperson for Watson has denied the speculation, telling GossipCop.com the rumour is “absolutely false on all accounts”.
