FOX Confirms Release Date For First 3-D STAR WARS Movie!
What will the ‘STAR WARS‘ saga look like in 3-D? Well..this burning question will soon be answered, as the first installment of the 3D versions is set to be released on 10th February, 2012 – Variety reports!
The 3D versions are being released in the order of the story, so first up is ‘Episode I: The Phantom Menace‘.
Pre-empting the onslaught of criticism at the mere idea of transferring these movies into 3-D, FOX would like to reassure fans by saying:
“Supervised by Industrial Light & Magic, the meticulous conversion is being done with utmost respect for the source material, and with a keen eye for both technological considerations and artistic intentions.”
