ADELE’s ‘SKYFALL’ JAMES BOND Theme Preview!
So now that Adele confirmed what most of us knew months ago, the good news is her theme tune to the eagerly-anticipated James Bond movie ‘SKYFALL‘ will be released on the 5th October (a.k.a Global James Bond Day) – to coincide with 007’s 50th anniversary!
You can pre-order the song now from iTunes and the British singer will debut her song globally on her official site at 0:07 BST on October 5. Fans will be able to buy the track immediately afterwards.
Speaking of her decision to record the title track to the new James Bond movie, Adele admitted:
“I was a little hesitant at first to be involved with the theme song for Skyfall. There’s a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song.”
Despite the noted pressures, she couldn’t wait to sing the theme, as she adds:
“It was also a lot of fun writing to a brief, something I’ve never done, which made it exciting. When we recorded the strings it was one of the proudest moments of my life.”
