EMINEM Denies Scotland Gig Snub!
Eminem will play at a music festival in Scotland this weekend (10th-11th July 2010), despite rumours the rapper’s planning to cancel his slot.
The ‘8 Mile‘ star is set to perform at T in the Park in Balado, Scotland on Saturday (10th July 2010) alongside big names including Jay-Z and Muse, but reports to the contrary are suggesting that he won’t turn up to perform the headlining gig. Festival organiser Geoff Ellis has slammed the rumors, insisting “everything is fine”.
He tells Scotland’s Daily Record:
“I’m talking to Eminem’s people and we are sorting out the details for the TV coverage. Everything is fine. Eminem is definitely going ahead and highlights from his show will be seen in the TV coverage.
“With some of the American artists, things take a little longer to sort out because of the time difference. Having Eminem playing his exclusive festival date is perfect for us. T in the Park will be the best yet.”
