Welch Is “Too Busy” To Keep Posting On TWITTER!

Florence And The Machine frontwoman Florence Welch refuses to document every movement of her life on Twitter – because she’s too busy “enjoying the moment” to share it with her fans!

The Dog Days Are Over singer has an account on the website but her showbiz life is so hectic, she only manages to post on it every now and then. And she’s adamant she won’t fall into the trap of missing out on “something amazing” because she’s more concerned with recording it online.

In an interview with the U.K.’s You magazine, Welch says:

“I can only manage about one (Tweet) a month. It’s not that I don’t want to, it’s just that when I am in a situation where I am doing something amazing it’s a shame – and rather rude – to bring out my phone and start Tweeting.

“I think a lot of people miss out on enjoying the moment because they are so busy trying to communicate it to the world. And I want to keep some moments to myself.”

I wish I could tweet more, but I’d have to agree with Welch on this one. Sometimes it’s not socially polite to just whip out your phone and start tweeting, and there are times when I’m just enjoying life too much to talk about it!
