British soul sensation ADELE will be enjoying some time off after the massive success of her second album 21, with no plans to record a follow-up anytime soon!

The singer has broken chart records around the world with her hugely successful second , which has dominated the U.S. and U.K. charts since its release earlier this year (2011). However record label bosses aren’t pushing Adele to get back into the studio just yet, as her manager Jonathan Dickens reveals she’ll record again when “the time is right”.

Speaking to Music Week, he says:

“I want to give her a little bit of time off and then hopefully we’ll start looking at some stuff in November just to get into looking to make music again rather than any specific reason, dates or when it’s coming or anything.

“It will come when it’s right and she’s a great judge of that. I’m a good judge of that and ultimately the label is not a label where we are having to fight numbers and figures and quarterly results.

“We haven’t even had a discussion about album three at this stage. And it will come when it’s right. It’s as simple as that.”

Her industry-savvy approach has worked for her so far, so kudos to one of the hottest voices to come out of Britain in recent years. I just hope she ends up doing the new James Bond theme!
