Longoria Parker’s Rep Hits Back At Crash Claims!

A rep for Eva Longoria Parker has dismissed allegations from an angry driver who blamed the actress for a car accident last week.

Roman Gasparyan has reportedly threatened to sue the ‘Desperate Housewives‘ star, claiming he suffered back and neck pains after they were involved in a traffic collision in Los Angeles last Wednesday night.

But Longoria Parker‘s spokesperson is adamant the star is not at fault.

The representative tells TMZ.com:

“According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault AND admitted to fault at the scene of the accident. Longoria’s eyes were NOT red and bloodshot.

“There is absolutely no truth to this claim, and any indications to the contrary are completely false and untrue. Longoria made no sudden turn, did not violate any traffic violations (sic) nor did she make any sudden lane changes. The other driver is clearly trying to make a case where there is none. All charges are frivolous, without merit, and will not hold up in a court of law.”
