Diane Lane Cast As Martha Kent In The SUPERMAN Reboot!

Casting on ‘Superman: Man Of Steel‘ is now picking up speed, with Warner Bros. announcing that the gorgeous Diane Lane (‘Unfaithful‘) has been cast to play Martha Kent in the 2012 reboot!

Speaking about the latest developments, helmer Zack Snyder says:

“This was a very important piece of casting for me because Martha Kent is the woman whose values helped shape the man we know as Superman. We are thrilled to have Diane in the role because she can convey the wisdom and the wonder of a woman whose son has powers beyond her imagination.”

All we need now is a Jonathan Kent for Martha!
