GILLIAN ANDERSON Joins ‘JOHNNY ENGLISH 2′ Cast.

Deadline reports that Gillian Anderson, mostly known for her role as Dana Scully in the cult hit series ‘The X-Files‘, has been cast to start alongside Rowan Atkinson in Working Title‘s ‘JOHNNY ENGLISH 2‘.

Atkinson will reprise his role as an accident-prone secret agent, and Anderson play a fellow agent named Pamela Head.
 

‘St Trinian’s‘ director Oliver Parker will direct the sequel, and work is set to begin this September.
