CLINT EASTWOOD’S Family To Follow In KARDASHIANS’ Footsteps?

The wife and two daughters of acclaimed actor/director Clint Eastwood are set to star in a new reality TV show, produced by the makers of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians‘!

 

Dina Eastwood, their 15-year-old daughter Morgan and Francesca Fisher-Eastwood, Clint‘s 18-year-old daughter with former partner Frances Fisher, will star in programme put together by E! Entertainment, with Clint, 81, set to make cameo appearances.
 

Bunim/Murray Productions, who are responsible for the Kardashian reality TV shows along with ‘The Real World‘ and ‘Bad Girls Club‘, are putting together the show which will show what it is like to live in the Hollywood spotlight.

The as yet untitled project will focus on the relationship between Dina Eastwood, Morgan and aspiring actress Francesca and will apparently air early in 2012.
With ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo‘ star Daniel Craig recently slamming the reality TV industry, including the Kardashians, for behaving like “f***ing idiots on television”, it’s not known what Clint‘s friends think of the new project.
 

Reflecting on the Kardashians‘ rise to the reality TV wall of fame, Craig said:

“It’s a career, I’m not being cynical. And why wouldn’t you? Look at the Kardashians, they’re worth millions. Millions! I don’t think they were that badly off to begin with, but now look at them.

“You see that and you think, ‘What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f***ing idiot on television and then you’ll pay me millions?’ I’m not judging it. Well I am obviously.

“There’s a lot to be said for keeping your own counsel. It’s not about being afraid to be public with your emotions or about who you are and what you stand for, but if you sell it off it’s gone. It’s precious.

“You can’t buy your privacy back.”

 

I must admit… Clint Eastwood is the last person I would consider supporting this idea for his family, but stranger things have happened in the world of entertainment!
