EMILY BLUNT Sharpening Her Claws For BATMAN?

There seems to be various Catwoman casting rumours circulating the net over the past year or so, and this latest one made my ears stand to attention.


The Los Angeles Times reports that Emily Blunt was offered the lead in the new Captain America movie, but she turned them down flat. Could it be for financial reasons? Maybe not..

Batman-on-Film had been tipped that the real reason she turned down the role was because she was in line for the most famous femme fatale role ever…Catwoman!

It isn’t clear yet whether the feline fighter will be included in the new Christopher Nolan flick, but it could well be a very logical casting choice if this rumour does turn out to be true.
