FOX Tackling An Animated KING KONG Project!
Not entirely satisfied with Peter Jackson‘s vision of ‘King Kong‘, Fox Animation has asked Christian Magalhaes and Bob Snow to write a modern-day twist on the story of the gigantic ape – according to Deadline!
Although not designed to out-shine Jackson‘s version, this one obviously won’t be a live-action project, and will tell the story from the vantage point of the Kong.
It will based on a idea by Mike Weber, who will also produce alongside Shawn Levy‘s 21 Laps and Ted Field‘s Radar Pictures.
