Alicia Keys, JAY-Z and SADE will be teaming up to perform at a kids charity gala – the KEEP A CHILD ALIVE BLACK BALL, in New York this September.

Approaching its 7th year, the Black Ball has generated over $10 million (£6.6 million) since its inception in 2004.

Keys, a Keep A Child Alive co-founder, says:

“Sade? Jay-Z? Both icons and both major influences of mine. I am overwhelmed by their generosity in helping us continue the tradition of making the Black Ball the best fundraiser in NYC. There are more surprises coming up! Stay tuned!”

The Empire State Of Mind singer has previously shared the Black Ball stage with Bono, Annie Lennox, David Bowie, Chris Martin, Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake, to name a few.
