Houston Checks Into Rehab!

Comeback superstar Whitney Houston has admitted herself to an out-patient rehabilitation programme, to seek formal treatment for substance abuse!

The singer/actress, 47, has long battled addiction issues and TMZ.com now reports she checked into a California clinic to seek help from professionals around 10 days ago. Her spokesperson has confirmed this to People.com.

A statement reads:

“Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab programme for drug and alcohol treatment.

“Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process.”
